These terms apply to purchases made through the Moonee Valley Cricket Club online store.
Orders. By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any card surcharge shown at checkout. We will confirm your order by email. Orders are subject to availability — if we cannot fulfil an item we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
Pre-orders. Some items are made to order in your size. A pre-order is confirmed once enough orders are received to place the supplier order, and we will let you know when your item is ready to collect.
Payment. Payments are processed securely by Lightspeed Payments. A card surcharge applies to card payments and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Collection. All orders are collected from the Moonee Valley Cricket Club rooms — we do not post orders. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Returns and exchanges. Please see our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
