We want you in the right gear. If something isn't right, contact the club and we'll help sort it out.
Sizing & exchanges: If an item doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of collection with your order number. Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.
Faulty or incorrect items: If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Pre-orders: Items marked "Pre-order" are ordered in specifically for you and collected once stock arrives - we'll email you when it's ready. As these are ordered to your request, change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible once the club places the supplier order.
Change of mind: Change-of-mind returns are at the club's discretion and are not available on pre-ordered or personalised items.
Card surcharge: Card payments include a 2.31% processing surcharge.
